Tolstoj serves the via Lev Tolstoj area, between the Solari district and Giambellino. The station was opened on 12 October 2024, coinciding with the opening of the entire M4 line. Like every blue-line stop it is driverless, with platform screen doors, lifts and fully step-free routes.
