Comasina — overview
Comasina is the yellow line's northern terminus, opened on 26 March 2011 together with the whole extension from Maciachini. It serves the working-class Comasina district at the northern edge of Milan and acts as a gateway into the city for anyone arriving from the Comasina road and western Brianza: the station has a park-and-ride, a bar, bike racks and — like every M3 stop — lifts and a step-free route.

The Comasina district, built in the 1950s as a large public housing estate, now served by the metro park-and-ride. Head north and you leave the city almost immediately.
