The Duomo station follows the Milan metro timetable: trains run from approximately 05:30 until 00:30 (half past midnight). When the metro is closed, the connection is guaranteed by the NM night bus lines. Check the ATM app for real-time schedules.

Many Milan metro stations have elevators, escalators and accessible routes; the M4 and M5 automatic lines have platform doors. Facilities may be temporarily out of service: check the status of elevators and escalators on the ATM app before leaving.
Strollers are allowed on all routes. Bicycles are permitted on the metro at times and on days established by ATM (generally off-peak hours) with the required title; folding bikes are always allowed.
Validate an urban ticket (€2.20, valid for 90 minutes) at the turnstiles, or present a contactless card or smartphone (CleSS system), upon entry and exit: the rate is the same, with a daily cap of €7.60.
