Inganni — overview
Inganni opened on 18 April 1975 as the terminus of the extension from Gambara, and remained the red line's south-western end until 21 March 1992, when the M1 was pushed on to Bisceglie. It stands by via Angelo Inganni, named after the nineteenth-century Milanese painter, and serves a densely built residential area in the western suburbs.
